New Location for Carolina Vein Center

Our commercial real estate team recently assisted the Carolina Vein Center with finding their new location! CVC has relocated from their former office near the FirstHealth campus to a renovated building in Turnberry Woods. Their new facility has been taken down to the studs and rebuilt into a proper modern medical facility that is more accommodating for higher patient volumes.
Dr. Lindy McHutchison, the primary physician at CVC, has decades of experience treating vein conditions and loves helping her patients look and feel their best. She is looking forward to spending more time in Pinehurst as the practice scales in their new space.
Their building renovation was completed by Patel & Milewski Construction based in Raleigh. Mr. Milewski was born and raised in Southern Pines, and enjoys coming back to his roots for work projects.
