"Approximately a year ago, I was looking for office space where I could better accommodate my clients geographical location. Uncertain of the area, I only had broad requirements that would need to be narrowed along the way. I had no market knowledge on the procedures, if I wanted to buy or lease, and called several local agencies to determine who would be a good fit to help me through this process. I narrowed the agencies down to three from the first round and made a second round of calls. Bell Manley Real Estate fit all of my requirements and I just had a good feeling each time I called. From the warm reception when calling to the customer service during the process to having a great grasp of what was on the market and not on MLS. George, my agent, felt it would be best to start at narrowing my requirements and set me a list of properties to look from. As I went through the list and identified the top three and why I selected them, George even assisted me by having the ability to further help me narrow my requirements. In doing so, he sent me additional properties to look over and 2 of the first 3 I selected were dropped from the list. Once we had 6 properties, George took me around to each of them and provided expert insight on each of them and even what was happening in that particular area in order for me to determine if it was the ideal location. Of those 6, due to George's planning and deiligence; I was able to select the one. At that point when we were looking at the lease price and potential sale price; it was a much better financial decision to buy. George then seamlessly transitioned into this and came up with a deal that I could not pass up. He also set up the due diligence inspections so I could focus on my work and guided me throughout the whole process. Fast forward to today, I am so happy that I went with Bell Manley. We got the perfect office and in a pristine location that ultimately met all of my requirements. My clients have had nothing but positive comments about the office and location as well. With George taking on the brunt of the burden in guiding me through narrowing of my requirements until close; made this whole process rewarding."
